Lucky Break

Tom is playing in a football game. He likes football, but somebody pushes Tom and Tom falls and breaks his leg. When he reads a newspaper, he reads a article which says Laurel Rowe will come a theater this evening. He really wants to go but he thinks he can't. However, he decides to go there. When he reaches the theater, there are many fans in the street. Then the actor appears! And the people pushes him. So he is falling. And the actor's foot hits Tom's crutch and suddenly she is falling too. She is very angry and hits Tom with his crutch. The reporters take photos.  In the morning, a picture of the situation in the newspaper. So he becomes famous! In the end, it was a lucky break.

Today, read Lucky Break, a book in the Penguin Readers series. It's easy starts, so it uses easy words. I thought that the woman actor was not kind because he had broken his leg but she hits him.
